    NON-ACCEPTANCE OF THE SURPLUS/EXCESS MATERIALS: - This also is an essential requirement for progress and well being of the society that every one of the society should be given suitable opportunity so as to carry on their lives well. At present desires and requirements of everyone have increased to such an extent that they want to accumulate all kinds of desirable stuffs of utility, concerning life in more and more quantity without caring for other’s need. This mis-behavioral propensity results into the scarceness in availability of essential commodities in apposite quantities to others even after making lot of efforts for earning their livelihood and getting helpless they are forced to live in lower standard. To get impede this impairment to the society of people it is necessary to follow the doctrine of non-acceptance of the surplus/excess quantity beyond the actual requirements of things. This is not objectionable that a man go on utilizing, consuming and enjoying while go on keeping possession upon his wealth but he should also be concerned about other people also that they get their appropriate share of victuals and  other necessary stuffs and they also can live on happily. Through this voluntary vow of non-acceptance of the surplus materials collection of excess quantity of things can be hindered.
