        In this way yoga philosophy does guide the practicing one towards the straightforward and genuine path to own happiness along with practicable welfare of the entire world as a whole, undoubtedly and the efficient most methodology for actions. That is the reason unlike the other scriptures, not a single point of negation-embellishment for other doctrines has been included in the yoga philosophy but on the other hand after mentioning own theory suggested the way to the desirous ones, so that he can reach to the desired goal using his own energy according to his ability while experiencing all the enlightening recreational hierarchy of his own.

Yoga is the key to repository of power: - It gets transpired from the brief discriminatory commentary on yoga philosophy that yoga is surely the unfailing means to spiritual goal however from the worldly point of view it used to be the paramount way to achieve the successfulness and meaningfulness of human life because greatest benefit of yoga is to conquer the wishful intellect and its impolite and shameful temperamental disposition along with its irrelevant proclivity.

In Kaivlya Paad, the last chapter of Patanjali Yoga Philosophy it has been told that although extra-ordinary powers may get produced in the body, sense organs and the intellect of a person through the influence or effect of the previous births, effect of chanting Mantras and the effect of carrying out penance, yet dignity of Kaivalya {our faultless and absolute identity} cannot be got through all these ones. For that ultimate dignity only the transformation caused by the meditation and the ensuing trans-meditational enterprise is confirmatory because the impressions of influence in the intellect of person formed with the old and recent deeds do remain do remain residue even after and acquiring extra-ordinary powers, which do not let him come out of the birth-death cycle. But the living being who has got his body and the intellect transformed with the endeavor of meditation, does get free from all impressions of his deeds and only such practicing one does become truly eligible to attain beatitude of Kaivalya, because the purpose of carrying out deeds used to have the enjoyment of worldly pleasures or to achieve the pleasure of heaven or paradise while leaving living stage. But a yogi does have no desire at all out of these two ones. After attaining such stage, his deeds which used to have been performed efficiently without caring for the outcome, do make him getting free from all types of bondage and indeed he gets established in his own eternal identity.

            The ultimate goal of practicing yoga is to get the dignity of Kaivalya {our faultless and absolute identity} after getting free from fastenings of doing irrelevant deeds, whereas the outcome of practicing yoga ways that is gained in the form of these miraculous and extra-ordinary powers may develop into hurdles to cause such circumstances which do make him apt to get entangled into some despicable sinful doings so as to get into more strong fastening of more adverse or wicked doings. Therefore it has been asserted in the end of Vibhooti Paad that the purpose of these extra-ordinary powers as the outcome of yoga practice are to let the practicing one understand the elements of self-soul and Supreme Soul. He also gets perceivable understanding of worldly secrets, which in turn does make the practicing one, acceptably knowledgeable about worthlessness and insipidity of worldly prosperity or the physical pleasures through unmistakably knowing the aspect of materialism being transitory in nature, so he does not get attracted unreasonably towards those ones. It has been mentioned in last verse of Vibhooti Paad that when the intellect and conscience of a person do get purified stage of Kaivalya used to be attained. That means when the practicing one starts viewing internal & external states of all the secrets of world, perceivable clearly through sense organs then all his sinful impressions on life of this birth & previous births and defects-confusions due to wrathful & melancholic disposition of intelligence do get away to such an extent that he gets back to his purified and truthful disposition of intelligence. The same stage used to be called ‘getting established in the inner identity’.

                                     In Vibhooti Paad, after briefly describing the stages of conceiving thoughtfulness, grabbing meditational pursuit and enterprising ensue of trans-meditation together with their significance, dignity of grandeur and extra-ordinary powers have been portrayed comprehensively that used to be attained by the practicing one after attaining trans-meditation ensue. In summary thereof it is mentioned that practicing one used to acquire comprehensive proficiency to attain trans-meditation stage working through eight steps of Patanjali yoga way. I has also been described there what happens after attaining such proficiency, it is mentioned therein that none of worldly situation used to seem difficult or impossible to him in tackling. He become master of all natural & super natural powers as well gets enough hold over spiritual powers. Exactly to reveal the factual situation to shun the culture of miracle showoff it has been mentioned therein that the miracles used to be merely trivial ones in comparison of the powers, which used to be got by a yogi, in fact a yogi becomes competent enough after having clearly viewed the divine substance of Supreme Soul thoroughly resulting into realizing entire knowledge and attaining all kinds of powers logically. But this is also certain that the genuine yogi does not consider these extra-ordinary consequent attainments to be his goal nor does he get attracted towards these ones. Revered saint Patanjali probably have mentioned these ones just to show the grandeur of yoga or to augment the faith of person who is practicing yoga and to make him rigid to get dedicated upon his beneficial endeavor.

Classification, purpose and scrupulous peculiarity of those objective deeds which are fit to be performed, have also been explained along with yogic guidance so as to restrain the intellect appropriately for achieving advancement in the way towards metaphysical goal. As long as human being remains tied in obligatory performance of varied activities, till then he cannot be successful in having the ultimate aim of yoga, which is attaining effortless trans-meditation and the state of salvation. In order to fulfill this very object yoga philosophy, having eight postulates describes the means of following Ten Commandments so that the practicing one can achieve requisite development in his wishful intellect and intelligence so as to make him fit to have excellence of self-soul evolution. After that methodology and procedures for holding bodily postures and process of restraining breath have been prescribed to make the practicing one getting devoid of toxic matters & sins, free from ailments and to get energetic suitably so that further activities of yoga can be accomplished properly while keeping the body and the brain healthy. In this way contriving the body, wishful intellect and organs of perception through restraining the practicing one gets talented to pursue ensuing stages of yoga {conceiving thoughtfulness, meditation and trans-meditation} successfully.

 So yogi attains the stage of Kaivalya {absolute understanding by virtue of his meticulous pursuit. Such ways and means have been prescribed in Saadhan-Paad, the second section of Patanjali Yoga Philosophy for those ones who have had their present birth in normal circumstance, passing their life afflicted with various desires and suffering with mental affection & malice for desirable-undesirable matters, so that they may achieve growth of self-soul perception gradually, getting rid of the contrariety & filthiness of heart. And their intellect gets purified to make them eligible to attain the stage of Kaivalya {absolute understanding}. Therefore it has been said in the very first Couplet of Saadhan-Paad---‘Penance, studying scriptures or the religious theories and so on and practicing meditation mentality towards Supreme Being or Supreme Soul used to be called yogic exertion’. The person who used not to be fully attentive to check his improper passions therefore remains unable to attain asceticism attributable to getting effected with impressions carried along with from his earlier births, should make effort to control his body, wishful intellect and restraint sense organs through atonement, he should also get prudent, intelligent and ingenious through studying theologies and get accustomed to offer the outcome of all own-efforts wholeheartedly to Supreme Being or Supreme Soul, following such a enthusiastic pursuit for quite some time all fanciful impurities shall surely get away and aptness will be achieved to practice yoga thoroughly. As long as mental attitudes shall not get purified yogic activities cannot impart fruitful outcome any further. After describing five distresses {Viz., Avidhya-false statistics, Asmita-egotism, Raga-likes, Dvesh—dislikes, Abhinivesh--fear of death} Saadhan-Paad enumerates ways and means to eradicated these ones from own life.

         Characteristics of yoga, its multifold-ness and its benefit are described in Samadhi Paad section of Patanjali Yoga philosophy. This section portrays inheritance of excellence possessed by very few noble ones who used to be possessing expedient understanding of yoga and do have innate enthusiasm for yoga by virtue of influence of their previous births, that means used to be possessing less bodily attachment, natural disposition of mind or intensive emotional instinct, are earnestly capable to achieve the stage of trans-meditation quite expeditiously. Such noble ones do get the understanding of Supreme Being or Supreme Soul during attending the process of normal worshipping or normal routine behavioral role of life, without adopting much of ways and means and used to get established in firmly in that understanding. Such noble people do reach up to the ultimate goal of yoga which used to be the stage of un-optional trans-meditation {stage of swift intuitive understanding} by means of the purity of their conscience and unselfish temperament whether or not they formally perform hold-release of body postures, practicing breathing exercises, restraining perception organs of body and sustaining concept etc. Such splendid people do not necessarily need Guru, whether or not they formally fulfill the religious observance of initiation of a sacred text. Therefore as it is mentioned in Samadhi Paad that Supreme Being or Supreme Soul who is the ocean of knowledge and the ultimate Guru all Gurus used to confer element of eventual understanding gradually or swiftly to such noble ones while they get engaged in dedicational approach towards Him, depending upon the intensity and sincerity of their efforts as such.

 The main teaching of yoga philosophy is that the person should proceed from imprudence to excellence of thoughtfulness so as to achieve the ability & capacity to grasp the all-pervading idea of self-soul. Normally the temperament and the attitudes of human intellect used to have the quality of grasping physicality of worldly matters and to remain entangled within the same only, but as and as yoga ways are practiced intellect shall get impeded to hold back the temperament and attitudes to get these ones more and more talented to get the person acquire intuitive understanding along with the requisite exterior worldly knowledge and he shall be able to get reverenced both in the outer world as well as inner world. In this way, by way of yogic practice, after such an achievement he shall be attaining the stage of trans-meditation. People who do find the yogic practice difficult or who are incapable to grasp the preaching of yoga philosophy as a whole because of the difference in their liking or the disposition of mind, they used to get up to the ultimate goal of holding certain part or means of its preaching. This has resulted several branches of yoga in getting founded like Laya-yoga, Japa-yoga, Gyan-yoga, Mantra-yoga, Hatt-yoga, etc., which have gone up to more than one hundred till date. But there is no doubt about it that all these ones do have their origin in yoga philosophy of Patanjali.  

               Yoga philosophy of Patanjali has been inscribed in four sections which contain 195 Sanskrit couplets as a whole, 55in Samadhi Paad, 51 in Saadhan Paad, 55 in Vibhuti Paad and 34 in Kaivalya Paad.

That is why yoga philosophy ways used to be given greatest importance among other philosophies of all walks of life without causing harm to the faiths and doctrines of any religious sects. Yoga ways as elaborated through yoga philosophy does not only pays path for easy perception of Supreme Being by the practicing one but does make the body strong free from ailments through holding various body postures, practicing breathing exercises, following rudiments of self discipline to make the person suitably adaptable and benevolent to the world as a whole.

Excellence and introduction of Patanjali Yoga Philosophy:- Although there have been several diversified forms of yoga in vogue since old times and all the learned ones do agree that sage Patanjali is the original author of eight sectional yoga philosophy. Different branches and processes used to went on getting manifest later on out of the same one. In fact the original identity and the firm means of subsistence those have been told meticulously by sage Patanjali by saying –‘impede the wishful intellect to hold back all temperaments or the attitudes used to be called yoga’. Same maxim used to continue as it is till date and other branches of yoga those have emerged considering the diversity of situation and aptness but all these used to depend upon that one. That is the reason one scholar has said—‘till all the desires do not get lost one should practice to impede the wishful intellect, this is the only gain of understanding rest all other matters are the expansion of details.’        ……to continue

         There is a hymn in a highly significant scripture which elaborates that—a person remains stuck to one companion—the nature {disposition or the temperament} and does not sense the other companion at all or remain unable to perceive that one {which is most essential signification of human life that ought to be understood before ceasing the life as an individual being} is Supreme Soul or Supreme Being. This has been ascertained, according to Sankhya Darshan—philosophy ascertained by great saint Kapilmuni that the basic reason of our distresses and the agony of human life is---‘the human beings remain stuck to their temperament, may that be good or bad or the mixed one but do not make effort to get rid of unreasonable attachments, which causes distortion of temperament, whereas according to yoga philosophy the human beings not used to make effort or even try to perceive Supreme Being, which used to be the most essential signification of human life and get the unison with Him.

       Distresses, which do make the human being troubled due to having undue and unreasonable regard with materialistic approach of temperament may that be called the worldly wisdom, are enumerated as five core-grievances, which are—false knowledge, egotism, mental affection, hatred and the fear of death. Yoga philosophy has prescribed ways and means to get rid of all these core- grievances. Based on this point of view yoga philosophy may be called as one of the practicable methodology so as to perceive the fact himself by each and every practicing one. …………... to continue

Old One Indian philosopher, while reviewing whole of Indian philosophical literature, has expressed his conclusion which throws light upon the substantiality of yoga way in right perspective---´some ones used to consider yoga way basically to be an endeavor, some ones believe it to be detachment or asceticism and some ones used to assert that yog to be an opportunity to concentrate the mind for worshiping God whole heartedly. But yoga way is a collection of all three of these ones, which means none of these none of these should be left behind in order to achieve the required goal of life’. When we pay our attention upon the derivation of the word YOGA we find two basic meanings—{1} Experiencing the unison of self-soul and Supreme soul or experiencing un-duality in between the individual and God {2} Controlling all the tendencies and attitudes of wishful intellect as a result to achieve concentration of mind which enables an individual to attain the stage of trans-meditation for getting established in real identity. Vyasji, the annotator of yoga philosophy has said the purport of yoga to be the trans-meditation because the tendencies or the attitudes of intellect do get controlled completely after one reaches to the stage of unison with Supreme soul. ……..
